Cracked phone screen on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. It was recommended I get it replaced here due to the way the screen is adhered and the tools Apple (and Apple certified) retailers use. Got an appointment for 15 mins out. Super easy experience. Was attended to as soon as I arrived. Repair guy was very friendly, helpful, and happy. Answered all my questions and finished the repair in an hour (one hour earlier than quoted.) Then he helped me sign up for AppleCare (which I would’ve done from the beginning if I knew how much repairs cost on newer phones!) I think the repair was $329. Reimbursed $200 from Pela (who I have my case and screen protector through.) Nice space, not crowded, same pricing as the Apple Store.

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They replaced the screen on my iPhone for a reasonable price and were very helpful changing my simcard and giving me guidance in unlocking my phone from a different carrier. I highly recommend Experimax.

I defiled the store with a malfunctioning PC.😜 No worries ..the guys did the initial diagnostic on it and confirmed my fear that the PC is dying. If I were a Mac user this is the place I would go to for a new computer or for a repair. Nice people, quick to help me and honest.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is of paramount importance. Therefore, we have implemented the following procedures in order to safely continue serving our customers:

  • We will also offer repair service through the mail. Any repair received in the mail will get completed and get sent back out the same day or the next day! We are following the CDC guidelines and practicing social distancing and minimizing handshaking. Staff members will be wearing gloves, and we will have gloves available upon customer request.

  • Need some extra cash? We want to buy your gently used devices! We will even send you a shipping label and box, so you don’t even have to leave the comfort of your home.
  • In addition to our normal cleaning procedures, we have instituted additional cleaning and disinfecting protocols at frequent intervals throughout the day to protect both customers and staff members. This includes our staff wiping down all common surfaces such as tables, door handles, as well as cleaning and disinfecting all electronic devices. After each device is used or tested in any way, we wipe down the keyboard, screen and case with disinfectant. These processes are of utmost importance in our store and will continue to be the new standard moving forward.
  • We use high quality disinfectants across the entire store and workshop. We are asking staff that are sick to remain home. Each staff member maintains rigorous personal hygiene standards.
  • We recently acquired a gadget that safely sanitizes your phone using UV-C light that is germicidal. This allows us to sanitize your phone before and after the handling and repairing of your device!
